Security.

As a company committed to protecting your privacy, we recognize the importance of safeguarding personal information. We're dedicated to maintaining the security of your data and ensuring that it remains safe from unauthorized access.

Although we do not like to reveal too much information about our security practices (as it can empower the very individuals we are protecting ourselves against), we have provided some general information below so that you will have confidence in how we secure the data entrusted to us.

We are based in the EU ( Cyprus ), operate according to SOC2 and ISO27001 standards, and comply with GDPR EU privacy regulations.

Data Center Security

We establish thousands of video meetings for our customers. Our solution runs on multiple instances of Google worldwide with physical security 24/7, and high-end biometric scanners are used to ensure safety. We have also documented a “Business Continuity Plan” for all scenarios.

Application level security

Video communications are protected by end-to-end encryption of the latest industry standards. Sensitive data generated during the meeting are stored only on your preferred storage provider, so you control who accesses it. Additionally, they are protected in transit by encryption. We do not create accounts of agents or end users on our end; your CX provider manages this kind of information.

All reported bugs are assigned to the system architect, who performs an investigation and risk assessment. External security penetration tests are performed regularly throughout the year by different vendors.

Data loss protection

AUVIOUS maintains a system of the backup, which provides point-in-time recovery for data during the retention period. The company's databases are isolated and dedicated to preventing corruption or overlap.

Employees' education & procedures

We partner with a commercial solution, which helps us simplify security and automate compliance. It is integrated with our system to monitor the company and services for vulnerabilities constantly.

We also maintain many policies, such as an access control policy, passwords, and cryptography policies.

All employees receive periodic security training that covers the importance of privacy and security, including how to identify social engineering, phishing scams, and hackers.

Finally we conduct background checks on all employees who have access to customer data, and we require them to sign confidentiality agreements and receive information security training.

Your privacy comes first

Our Legal team works with our developers and engineers to ensure that our products and features comply with applicable privacy laws. We retain a law firm in Cyprus to consult on European Union privacy issues.
